At TrueOne, genomic and biometric privacy is our absolute priority. This policy outlines how we handle your biological data (DNA, fingerprints, and face liveness scans).

1. 100% Local Processing

All raw biological data uploaded or collected (including DNA files, fingerprint features, and face images) is processed solely within your browser/device. We do not store or transmit raw biometric data.

2. Zero-Knowledge Cryptography

Instead of sharing your biological markers, our client-side software generates a Zero-Knowledge Proof (ZKP). Only this cryptographic proof, which contains no genomic or personal details, is verified and written on-chain.

3. Compliance & User Rights

We comply with biometric data protection frameworks such as GDPR and CCPA. You have the absolute right to delete any locally stored profile data or verification states at any time.
